Mr Kevin Mills, MBA, FCIPS

Kevin has worked in the Commercial and Procurement field for over 25 years. His career has spanned Senior positions in NATO, the UK’s Ministry of Defence and National Health Service.

He is a Founder and Director of a Consultancy Company providing specialist commercial and procurement advice and assistance to organisations. Prior to this Kevin was Chief Procurement Officer for NATO’s Strategic HQ – Allied Command Transformation. In this position, he was responsible for all NATO Procurement on Alliance transformational projects and initiatives, to include dual technologies such as Cyber and Space. He led procurement teams based in the US and Europe.

In recognition of his contribution to the delivery of the Alliance’s Transformation Program, Kevin was awarded the NATO Meritorious Service Medal by the Secretary General of NATO.

Kevin is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Procurement and Supply (CIPS). He was the Team Leader, responsible for the NATO submission, which previously won the CIPS award for 'Best Contribution to the Reputation of the Procurement Profession'.
