What is CS3D?
CS3D is the EU’s Corporate Sustainability Due Diligence Directive. It requires companies to identify, prevent,
mitigate and account for adverse human rights and environmental impacts across their operations,
subsidiaries and value chains. The CSDDD is estimated to directly affect approximately 6,000 companies in
the EU and around 900 companies outside the EU.
